What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?
We often get asked this question, and why we use either one. Check out the infographics we made below showing the difference.
What is CMYK?
CMYK is used for print purposes. It refers to four ink colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
What is RGB?
RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue. RGB values are used to create a wide spectrum of colours for digital purposes.
Here's an example of how your image would appear in both as CMYK and RGB files.
When creating and exporting your design files, be sure establish your output (print or digital) so that you are optimizing your artwork.
