Waypoint is a new Canadian convenience store that creates unique ways to connect customers with their local community in a modern and friendly environment, while meeting their needs for value-driven offerings. Waypoint’s core differentiator is that it features great local and regional products known by those in the community. This differentiator is further supported by community images and outreach programs. The term waypoint means an intermediary point or a stopping point on a route of travel. The visual identity developed for Waypoint included elements of on map pin, in the W. This shape was also carried through to the design of other graphic elements including the icons. The scope of work included the design and production of the logo, brand style guide, in-store signage and ads, website and digital marketing material.
