Florida Weisse is a variation of the traditional German wheat bear Berliner Weisse where fruits, zests and juices are blended directly into the beer postfermentation to product a hazy and is a refreshing fruit sour. Blindman Brewing released a series of Florida Weisses blended with different fruits which includes the Blackberry and Plum, Raspberry & Pineapple, Lemons, Limes and Clementines, (Lemons and Limes)². The beer is fun and lively and we wanted to reflect this in the design of the label be featuring motifs that reflect the flavour profile of the beer.
