Blindman Brewing's Bières de Coupage is their product line of barrel-fermented and blended beers. Included in this product line is a series of fruited saison which they have released annually since 2019. The line up includes the Raspberry and Strawberry, Pierre on Peaches and the award-winning Dwarf Sour Cherry.
